Book review: The Hunters

The Hunters is set during the closing year of World War I and follows pilots of British, French and German forces as they take part in operations during the final German offensive.

All of the characters are described throughout with quite a lot of detail, allowing the reader to have a clear picture in their mind. The pilots from Britain, France and Germany are followed both in the air and on the ground, giving an insight into how they fly, fight and rest. There is plenty of action in the book and it is described well and at a quick pace, which gives the feeling of being there and involved. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in war or aviation stories.
